I also follow the same path to prepare myself for Job interviews. But there is always a habit of expecting same answers from different individuals which can some time pull over the interview process<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legendshub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/leadership.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-190 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.legendshub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/leadership-300x189.jpg\" alt=\"Interviews\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.legendshub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/leadership-300x189.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.legendshub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/leadership.jpg 460w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As an individual I&nbsp;have been brought up in a society where using \u201cI\u201d frequently considered as over-confidence and self-praising trait. So we developed a habit of using \u201cWE\u201d more than \u201cI\u201d even if the particular task is been completed individually. So when I got a call from reputed Banking Company which started my interview asking few introductory questions. The interview was for lead role. Then it became intense when scenarios were placed on the table and opinion\/ approaches were been discussed. Suddenly there was a weird order from interviewers \u2013 \u201cPlease don\u2019t use \u2018WE\u2019 try to explain me what have you done and use \u2018I\u2019. I don\u2019t want personalities using \u2018WE\u2019 in their sentences.\u201d<br \/>\nThis triggered my conscious but due to heat of the hour I tried changing my 25 years old habit of replacing \u2018WE\u2019 with \u2018I\u2019. Internally I know I am forcing the issue. Surprisingly I got selected in the process but my conscious has not allowed me to accept the offer because I don\u2019t want to go on the technology path alone using singular sentences. I want whole team and organization with me in both good and bad times in my career.<br \/>\nThis was not the end of such expectation. I went through 7 such interviews in which expectations were same. We should always bolster the point that every individual want respect and involvement. A simple help in mammoth and tough project can be equally important and should be appreciated. It doesn\u2019t take much to use \u2018WE\u2019 or \u2018US\u2019 rather than \u2018I\u2019 or \u2018ME\u2019 in any project delivery path.<\/p>\n<p>I can resist myself for an opportunity which allow me to think for all rather than myself or any particular individual. Then I went through the careers of multiple individuals and gone through their LinkedIn profiles and guess what I found almost everyone use \u2018We\u2019 more than \u2018I\u2019.
